Privacy Policy

Effective: 2026-04-15

1. Who we are

World Cup 2026 Travel Guide ("the App") is an independent travel companion published by Tech Space ("we", "our"). We are not affiliated with FIFA or any official World Cup organizer. This policy explains what data the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

We designed the App to work without accounts. In normal use, we collect:

3. What we do NOT collect

4. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services:

5. Advertising

The App may display a splash advertisement or in-app banners served from our own backend. These ads are not served by third-party ad networks (no Google AdMob, no Facebook Audience Network). We do not read your IDFA or AAID. The only data transmitted when an ad is displayed is the standard HTTP request (IP, user-agent, timestamp) to our own API. We do not share this data with advertisers. If you tap an ad, you may be redirected to a third-party website; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

6. Children

The App is a general-audience travel guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices and data deletion

8. Data retention and security

Anonymous logs are kept for 30 days, then automatically purged. Traffic between the App and our API is encrypted with TLS. We apply industry-standard safeguards against unauthorized access.

9. International transfers

Our servers may be located outside your country. By using the App you consent to the transfer of anonymous log data across borders for the purposes described above. The lawful basis for processing under GDPR is legitimate interest (operating and securing the service).

10. European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. Because we collect only anonymous logs not linked to your identity, we generally cannot identify your specific records. To exercise your rights, contact support@worldcupguild.pro. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Tech Space acts as the data controller.

11. California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. The anonymous server logs we collect do not constitute "personal information" as defined by the CCPA in most cases, as they are not linked to a specific consumer or household. To exercise your rights, email support@worldcupguild.pro.

12. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Effective" date and post notice on this page before the change takes effect.
